Joyful Noise
In June we will collect for the local organization Family Promise. Today we welcome the director Rosyln Kuba to speak to our congregation at worship Family Promise of Lehigh Valley is a non-profit 501(c)3 affiliate of the National Family Promise Organization, which assists children experiencing homelessness and their families. Relying on volunteers and mentorship, Family Promises houses families in local churches and provides a day center for them along with case management and follow-up care.
Cool Treats, Summer Nights at Calvary Moravian Church
Each last Wednesday of the summer months, join us between 7-8 p.m. for a cool treat from a rotating ice cream or Italian ice food truck as well as live music, children’s activities, and free kids’ books from our Reading Room.
Children and Families are welcome to come at 6:30 p.m. for a special storytime and craft – and stay for ice cream and music!
These events will take place, weather permitting, outside of the church on Wednesday June 30th, July 28th, and August 25th with a children’s program at 6:30, and music/ice cream starting at 7 p.m.
